Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for QA testing and digital operations support services.

Completed work

Due to the nature of consulting, QA testing, and digital operations services, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing service, they should contact DigitalOpsQA as soon as possible at contact@digitalopsqa.com.

Prepaid work

Refunds for prepaid but not yet started work may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the agreed scope of work, time already spent, project progress, and any completed deliverables.
