Service provider
DigitalOpsQA is operated by Danylo Hamdzii, an independent B2B contractor based in Poland and providing services remotely.
Services
Services may include QA testing for digital workflows, CRM and data quality checks, campaign setup review, process monitoring, reporting, operational documentation, and ongoing B2B operations support.
Scope of work
The exact scope of work, timeline, deliverables, access requirements, communication process, and pricing are agreed individually with each client before the start of work.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials, access, and instructions needed to complete the agreed work.
Remote delivery
All services are delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Billing
Payment terms, invoices, and billing arrangements are agreed individually with each business client.
